You will learn:

  • How to work skillfully with difficult emotions and thoughts
  • How to practice meditation and / or mindful yoga
  • How to integrate mindfulness into your daily life
  • How to untangle from negativity, anxiety, and stress
  • How to break through limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits
  • Powerful methods to help you respond rather than react and make wiser choices
  • How to develop a lasting sense of contentment and fulfilment (without losing your edge)
  • How to live with an ongoing sense of purpose and passion by identifying and living your values.

Following your sessions:

  • You’ll stress less and respond more skilfully. You’ll be better equipped to respond rather than react to life’s challenges when they arise.
  • You’ll gain a new sense of inner freedom. You will identify and know how to break free of old conditioning, feeling a sense of liberation.
  • You’ll understand and manage your mind better. Your mind is your instrument. Once it’s ‘in tune’ you can make beautiful ‘music’ with it and make wiser choices.
  • You’ll gain great physical and psychological wellbeing. You’ll feel stronger and more confident, and have greater mental resilience. Learning to work skilfully with difficult emotions and impulses will give you a new sense of inner strength.
  • You’ll know how to practice mindfulness anytime and anywhere and feel more connection and aliveness as a result. Your mind will be less distracted, leading to greater productivity and enjoyment of work.

Package 1: Mindfulness Now

  • Provides you with support, guidance and an action plan to bring back peace, joy, and wellbeing into your life
  • Tailored to your unique personality, goals and life circumstances
  • 4 sessions, in-person, online or on the phone
  • Sessions will include mindfulness practices, formal and informal, and a discussion on how to best apply them to your life
  • E-mail support to assist with questions and challenges that may arise throughout program
  • Journaling prompts provided each week to deepen your awareness and your practice
  • You will receive an outline of next steps as well as a summary of your targeted mindfulness practice after each session.

Package 2: Mindfulness and Movement

  • Focused practices and support to gain increased space, clarity and wisdom
  • 4 mindfulness coaching sessions, in-person, online or on the phone
  • 2 additional private yoga sessions geared to your specific issue or challenge
  • E-mail support to assist with questions and challenges that may arise throughout program
  • Journaling prompts provided each week to deepen your awareness and your practice
  • You will receive an outline of next steps as well as a summary of your targeted mindfulness practice after each session.

Package 3: Striving to Thriving

  • Deep dive into a key area of your life that is calling for your attention
  • 9 in-person, online or phone mindfulness coaching sessions
  • 3 private yoga sessions geared to your specific issue or challenge
  • E-mail support to assist with questions and challenges that may arise throughout program
  • Journaling prompts provided each week to deepen your awareness and your practice
  • You will receive an outline of next steps as well as a summary of your targeted mindfulness practice after each session.
