Coaching

My Coaching practice focuses on strengthening the two key elements of Mindfulness – Awareness and Acceptance, and moving towards Action in the areas that we can influence. 


Increased awareness and acceptance, while seemingly passive, open up huge areas of possibility as we see that there are many more angles and perspectives from which we can view any situation. This allows for the ability to act in a responsive, grounded, and intuitive way that tends to lead to satisfying and lasting improvements in one’s life. 


We often tend to get stuck on one or two issues that are stealing our joy. The issue(s) change as life evolves, but each and every time, the very thing that seems to be taking away our ability to be happy in the moment is the source of growth that we most need. 


Through individualized coaching sessions, we bring to light the key issue for you in the moment and find ways to bring mindfulness and creative solutions to the challenge and opportunity. 


By developing greater awareness, acceptance and action, and working together to break through any resistance to developing healthier and more wholesome habits, you will reach deeper levels of connection with yourself, your loved ones, your current work and situation, and find the joy and wellbeing you seek. 

Working with me is for you if you are:

  • How to work skillfully with difficult emotions and thoughts 
  • How to practice meditation and / or mindful yoga 
  • How to integrate mindfulness into your daily life 
  • How to untangle from negativity, anxiety, and stress 
  • How to break through limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits 
  • Powerful methods to help you respond rather than react and make wiser choices 
  • How to develop a lasting sense of contentment and fulfilment (without losing your edge) 
  • How to live with an ongoing sense of purpose and passion by identifying and living your values. 

You’ll walk away with:

  • You’ll stress less and respond more skilfully. You’ll be better equipped to respond rather than react to life’s challenges when they arise. 
  • You’ll gain a new sense of inner freedom. You will identify and know how to break free of old conditioning, feeling a sense of liberation. 
  • You’ll understand and manage your mind better. Your mind is your instrument. Once it’s ‘in tune’ you can make beautiful ‘music’ with it and make wiser choices. 
  • You’ll gain great physical and psychological wellbeing. You’ll feel stronger and more confident and have greater mental resilience. Learning to work skilfully with difficult emotions and impulses will give you a new sense of inner strength. 
  • You’ll know how to practice mindfulness anytime and anywhere and feel more connection and aliveness as a result. Your mind will be less distracted, leading to greater productivity and enjoyment of work. 
  • You’ll have a way to find peace and wholeness in this busy, stressful world we live in. You’ll emerge feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and armed with powerful new insights to take back into your daily life.

I have been attending Paula’s seminars for the last two years and she has really helped me along my own journey to Living Mindfully - it has helped not only in my personal life but has spilled over into the way I manage my work and career.
