Uncover obstacles to fitting priorities into your day, managing energy, not time; 80-20 rule; overcoming perfectionism and people-pleasing; the hidden fear that is keeping you stuck.

Befriending your saboteurs - learn how to work with your mind and gain control of the habits that have been holding you back – SHF Techniques.

Permission to Rest – Rest is not lazy, it is strategic – Feel Rest techniques, working with your nervous system, working smart, not hard.

Using your day as your canvas – Mindfulness in Daily Life – there is no need to carve out time for your meditation! Fit your day into your meditation instead.

Loving the process – None of this is about fixing yourself or having to improve in some way, it is about learning to know yourself, love yourself as you are, and work with your desires, personality and habits in the way that is most effective for you – Nurture Positive Techniques.

Movement for Life – Tensions get stuck in your bodies and sitting at a desk all day only makes it worse. Learn how to incorporate non-linear movement into your day, release pent up tensions, aches and pains, and find flow and ease in your body and your life.

3 Minutes to Overcome Overwhelm

Focus your mind and tap into balance and wellbeing with a new 3-minute mindfulness meditation each week for 4 weeks.

What our time together looks like

  • Identify and establish clear goals and a strategy for your transformation.
  • Meet for mindfulness and / or yoga therapy sessions.
  • Connect via WhatsApp or e-mail for support in-between sessions.
  • Develop and learn tailor-made mindfulness and / or yoga therapy techniques and practices unique to you and your aspirations.

  • How to stay true to your legal/professional aspirations (and not lose your way).
  • The Art of how to do more of what you love and less of what you don’t love in your job or profession. 
  • Clear markers of when Burnout is approaching and how to avoid it.
  • How to attune to, cultivate and develop joy, alignment and fulfillment using mindfulness. 
  • Tap into your internal motivators to embrace balance, wellbeing. 
  • How to create and value open space for innovation, fulfillment, spontaneity.
  • How to enact new helpful habits and maintain them, how to transform unhelpful habits.
  • How to rest and develop the capacity to sustain ease without compromising the value of the work you do.
  • How to end workaholism and work smart (not hard).
  • Cultivate balance for all areas of life.

  • Using the activities that you are already doing, we build in techniques and strategies to unclutter the mind and create more spaciousness, without much additional time needed.
